Insideofiran/2010-12-05 - Hours before dawn of Wednesday 1st December 2010, once again a defenseless young women’s life got sacrificed for the satisfaction of evil Iranian regime.

Mohammad-Javad Larijani, a senior envoy and chief of Iran's Human Rights Council few weeks ago made the following statement to U.N. Human Right’s envoy: “It is not fair for The Islamic Republic of Iran to be criticized for the high number of death penalty sentences.” He explained that a number of the death penalties cases are for illegal drug traffickers, and more then 50% of the death penalties are for retribution. Mohammad-Javad Larijani furthermore explained that The Law of Retribution is the right of the individual and it has nothing to do with the judiciary system. He emphasized “that although the Law of Retribution is issued by the judicial authorities, the final decision comes down to the family of the victim where they can opt to drop the death sentence and instead take the blood money (Monetary compensation).

By this is an example of misinformation by Mr. Mohammad-Javad Larijani on the Law of Retribution. In order to show this we will look into Mrs. Shahla Jahed case, as an example of the Judiciary system of Iran.

Numerous evidences were presented to the authorities that indicated that Shahla Jahed was innocent; but nevertheless she was hanged after nine years of continuous torture in the Notorious Evin prison.

She was innocent except, that her life had to be taken as a sacrifice, in similar way to the brutal murder of Neda Agha-Soltan. Although, Mr. Mohammad Javad-Larijani in the same conference in New York stated, that ‘Neda Agha-Soltan murder was setup by the MI6 part of the British Intelligence Agency. He claimed that he had the name of the person who assassinated Neda Agha-Sultan in his pocket.

This time however, Shahla Jahed, a defenseless women, who was tortured and imprisoned in a system that follows inhuman Satanic activities has been sacrificed in a way that even Mohammad Javad-Larijani can not blame it on the MI6; because it was the Iranian judiciary officials who took her to the gallows in Evin prison and witnessed the rope being wrapped around her innocent neck, and then chair being pulled a way underneath her.

Shahla Jahed was the second victim in this very suspicious mysterious case file, who was sacrificed at the hands of the Evil Iranian regime. The first victim was the woman who was stabbed 37 times before being killed by a professional hit man nine years ago. In the same way, twelve years ago, Dariush and Parvane Forouhar where also stabbed and cut into pieces. However, the intelligence security system in order to hide the true perpetrators of the crime, blamed the killing on Saied Imami, and made him accountable for all the crimes.

However, this time around they conned and deceived Shalah Jahed into confessing to a crime that she had never committed. The Officer in charge of Shahla Jahed case was constable Abharian who stated “all evidence I have gathered shows that Shahla Jahed was innocent and the crime was enacted by some one else.”

Even Shahla Jehed Lawyer had strong evidence of her innocence, but the judiciary system had a different approach to the case, and wanted Shahla Jahed to confess to a crime she had never committed.

Shahla Jahed had told her lawyer she had been repeatedly tortured and beaten by a metal bar, and had her nails pulled off in order to get her false confession. Except that she did not confess to the crimes and she shouted and cried out her innocence. Her screams for help will continue to echo around the world and the world will hear her voice protesting her innocence and her brutal treatment. Shahlah Jahed life was taken by the same tyrannical hands that took the heads of innocent women, such as Kazemis’ and Zahra Bani-Yaghoubs’ and sent them to slaughterhouse.

This time the judges’ such as Mortazavi were not responsible for this monstrous crime. We know who killed Shahlah Jahed , it was in the hands of the victim’s son, in the name of “Islamic Law of Retribution”. So we can not shift the blame to the British MI6 or man in black mask.

The question we need to ask our self is who in authority allowed and enforced the Law of Retribution in the case of Shahla Jahed execution?

In this case, all of the judicial system had a hand in this matter. The whole case was based on a horrific scenario that was carefully implemented.

Nasser Mohammad Khani the husband’s victim came to be present at the slaughterhouse. He was out of the country a day before the execution and after witnessing the execution he took a plane and left the country again. This was a part of the scenario designed by the Iranian intelligence security system, and carried out by the judiciary system.

Nevertheless, it seems the judiciary system and the security intelligence system followed the orders of Mr. Sadegh, Larijani the head of judiciary who had a direct responsibility and put the Tehran Prosecutor’s Office in charge of monitoring this case. We should also not forget few months ago Sadegh Larijani documented that all the activities by the judiciary is ruled and under the direct control of the supreme leader of Iran.

Yes! Shahlah Jahed is another alleged victim of the horrific government that is ruling Iran.

It was not long ago the world witnessed its attempts to take the life of Sakine Mohammadi Ashtiani. However when all Human Rights Campaigners a round the world protested against this unlawful decision, they found another defenceless woman who was in prison for 9 years to take to the slaughterhouse.

It seems that all these innocent bloods are shed, in order to satisfy the evil intent of this regime.
