Hojateslam Sadeq Larijani,

Recently Judicial authorities have criticised the "Party of God" for rising up and attacking the judiciary. In your recent speech you stated that you will not summit to these types of pressures.

Mr Larijani it is better to discover the origin of these forces that have pressurised the judiciary. An example of this type of pressure can be seen from the letters of a young ill tempered Basij called Hussein Qadyani who repeatedly threaten you and the Judiciary that if you do not put the stop to the leaders and followers of the opposition, he and his collaborators will act independently, in the most brazen manner, and put an end to those who are part of opposition, and responsible for the intrigue against the regime.

Mr Larijani in your recent speech in response to these childlike crude threats you simply responded by saying one should not threaten the judiciary and its enforcement officials!. Of course these type of threats can be heard from other sources like those who lead Friday Prayer’s such as Ahmad Jannati, and those who lead eulogy services such as Saeed Mansur Hadadian as well young fiery tempered basiji’s such as Hussein Qadyani.

Following the release of his letter, Hussein Qadyani website was blocked. However, another anarchist named Ali Keshvari (who goes under the name of sympathetic patriot, and who has a criminal record for initiating mass riots, vandalism and anarchism) continued where Qadyani left off and in his weblog issued more threats against Judiciary, and enforcement officials for not cracking down on opposition and putting a stop to their movement.

Our compatriots are liable to wonder, if such threats to the office of Head of Judiciary and the judicial branch are likely to raise the office’s dignity or destroy its standing in the eyes of the Iranian people and the world .

In your previous speeches you reminded the people, that the real intention of those behind these threats is to undermine the leadership of the country and they hide their motives by attacking the Judiciary. However, one needs to ask whether these threats constitute a criminal behaviour or not? Is it not Judiciary ‘s duty to examine these threats and prosecute those responsible for instigating violence? Is it not the judiciary’s duty to put stop to likes of Ali Keshvari and Hussein Qadyani who abuse the rule of law and instigate anarchistic behaviour and violence.

When enforcement agencies and the judiciary fail to do their duty and remain silent in face of attacks and aggressive anarchist behaviour they open a door to lawlessness. This in turn leads to the type of lawless society which has taken control of Iranian society .

An example of this type of behaviour was clearly illustrated few nights a go when extremist forces, which have penetrated the Intelligence Ministry in Isfahan, stormed the residence of an elderly Sufi master. These forces after spraying the house with pepper spray and severely beatings its residents which included a seventy-year old Sufi master then kidnapped him and few of his followers and then imprisoned them in Jail. Such a disgraceful move, brings international shame and disgrace on Iranian rule of law and those responsible for its up keep, such as yourself and the entire judiciary system. Don’t the perpetrators of these act need to be identified and punished so that those who subvert the rule of law know, they can not get away with it, and more importantly Iranian people can once gain feel safe in their homes.

Mr Sadeq Larijani, World Association for protection of human rights in Iran calls on you, Your Excellency as the country's highest judicial officer to urgently investigate the recent incident in Isfahan and identify, arrest, prosecute and punish those extremist disruptive factors deemed responsible. These events put Iranian Judiciary and law enforcement forces to shame in the eyes of world and by investigating and bring those responsible to justice once gain Iranian judiciary can project the rule of law and give its citizens comfort of security, dignity and privacy they deserve rather the current status of impudence in face of lawlessness that is caused by extremist forces within the security and intelligence forces.

World Association for protection of human rights in Iran declares that the Association’s sponsors and supporters will initiate a vast chain of protests within the world capitals and its major cities, in coordination with international organizations such as Amnesty International and the UN Human Rights Office in Geneva. As part of this protest a mass sit in and hunger strike will be held in order to protest these events.

Mr Sadeq Larijani, arresting the innocent youth, imprisoning, torturing them and subjecting them to sexual abuse and punishing the innocent, defenceless people is not recipe for stabile and durable system. Iranian people lack security in the light of day and night and are subject to stoning and ravaged attacks of violent forces fuelled by extremist ideology within the regime. It is better those in power learn authority, dignity and perseverance from school of Grand Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani and not in class of people like your brother Javad Larijani
